18+ Only: I do not work with minors. You must be 18 or older to commission me.

Payment: I only accept PayPal. If payment is not made within one week, your slot will be forfeited and offered to someone else.

Payment Plans: I do accept payment plans, just let me know!

Refund & Revision Policy: No refunds will be issued once the final artwork has been delivered. I will gladly fix any missed markings or color errors. I provide multiple WIPs during the process to ensure you’re satisfied. You may request up to three minor revisions for free. After that, additional corrections will be subject to a fee of $10 per edit.

Wait Time: Turnaround time is typically 1–4 months. I work in a queue, and pixel art takes time to complete. Thank you for your patience, progress updates are frequent.

Larger Projects: May take longer, up to 5 months, depending on complexity.

Work Hours & Communication: I work Monday to Friday and do not work on weekends. Please understand that I’m human, I may not respond immediately. It may take me some time to reply. Do not spam my inbox with repeated messages about your commission.

Other Terms: I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. If you do not provide a proper reference and I have to piece together your character from multiple images, there will be an additional fee of $25.

I reserve the right to share your commission on my social media. If you'd prefer to remain anonymous, just let me know! I'm happy to respect that.
